Our Offices
John Roberts Business Park hosts six buildings, each home to a fixed amount of suites available to rent. Most are divided into 4 office spaces over a ground and first floor - each with their own kitchen and toilet facilities independent from other occupiers of the building. Spread out across approximately 917.5 square feet per suite, 5 to 10 employees can take advantage of the expansive space.

Main building, White building, Crown House, Viking House, Saxon House and Freeman House.
The main office building boasts a welcoming ambience with its dedicated reception area. The other buildings open up onto an airy landing and communal areas with plenty of circulation and space to move around. All are up-to-date and modern with good insulation to create an energy-efficient environment, maintaining ideal indoor temperatures during all seasons.
Interior
Each suite has striking views of the countryside and woodland with the front-facing offices fitted with large glass windows for extra natural light. The site has been professionally decorated inside and out with the interior walls and ceilings providing a minimalist feel against the neutral woodwork and hard-wearing grey carpets.
New tenants also have the freedom to customise their spaces as they wish thanks to the unfurnished status of these spacious suites. You can concentrate on adding in comfy seats and your business identity to the room as we’ve taken care of the main fittings such as internet, security and main utilities.
